According to the working principle and technical characteristics of various batteries, many battery types must be produced in an ultra-dry production environment, including lithium-ion batteries, sodium-ion batteries, solid-state batteries, and their corresponding raw materials.
Therefore, ultra-low moisture dehumidification equipment is an indispensable core facility in the manufacturing workflow of the above batteries and raw materials. The dehumidification performance of the desiccant dehumidifier directly determines the finished battery quality, safety performance and product yield.

FXD series low dew point desiccant dehumidifiers are fully integrated with complete core components: multi-stage air filters, pre/post cooling coils, silica gel / molecular sieve desiccant rotor, process supply fan, reactivation exhaust fan, electric/steam reactivation heater, and PLC microcomputer intelligent control system.

Battery Dry Room Turnkey Engineering Solution
We provide full-set turnkey engineering services including complete dry room construction for lithium & new energy battery production lines.
The standard dry room system contains air shower transition chambers, color steel sandwich partition panels filled with high-density polyurethane foam insulation. This wall structure features compact layout, ultra-tight air tightness, outstanding thermal insulation and anti-moisture performance.
For ground treatment, we adopt self-leveling epoxy anti-moisture flooring or full stainless steel floor paving with excellent moisture-proof and anti-corrosion capacity. The dry room is fully equipped with purification lamps, explosion-proof power sockets, control switches, sealed doors & windows, and high-efficiency HEPA air filters. We adopt special transition chamber, supply air and return air duct design to minimize air leakage; stainless steel fully welded ducts are available for extra strict low dew point requirements.
